Having been home to the UK for a quick visit - we attempted to get our laptop repaired under warranty - it was hopeless trying to get any sense out of Toshiba uk. We contacted Algarve Laptops and were so impressed with their helpfulness and prompt communication!! Laptop now sorted in 5days - amazing!! Keep up the brilliant work Guys!!! 5 star recommendation!!!

I cannot recommend Algarve Laptops highly enough. Pedro has just spent at least two hours on the telephone with me, and fixed my machine with an amazing "remote" program.Patient with me ( being a silver surfer) and helpful in the extreme, and no techno speak. They have a client for life now. Thanks guys.

Behind the company name of Algarve Laptops, I discovered a team of experts of their profession. Being in business myself but knowing very little about computers I was apprehensive and basically thought they would tie me up in knots with computer terminology. How I was so Wrong, using simple language and going at a pace I was comfortable with, and I quickly realised that no-one should be without such a great back-up team as these guys. I'm in my 70s and computers were very much 'white man's magic', but Algarve Laptops have been so explicit in their explanations and so patient and helpful, that I now feel so very much more competent. We didn't just buy a box with a computer in it, but we gained a back-up team too!

How refreshing to find guys who do not talk technically all the time - and who do not look down on those of us struggling to keep up with technology. I have the highest regard for their knowledge, patience, customer and after-sales service. I have used them several times before and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. "Old Guest Book Migration Apr 09" Just purchased an extra RAM module for our company laptop. The module clicked in and was detected automatically. The guys did a great job of ordering exactly the right part at a reasonable price. I can thoroughly recommend them. "Old Guest Book Migration May 09" Getting hold of some items here in Portugal can be a bit of a headache, but Algarve Laptops located a couple of disk drives for me last year with no problem. Exact spec I ordered, and at the right price too!
